Today we took Will on his first family hike at Wildcat Den State Park.  He loved it!

Pop-pop Karl came for a visit today!  

The Vitugs had to go home today.  Thanks for a great visit!

This morning we took the three littles to the Family Museum in Bettendorf.  A lot of it is being renovated, so there wasn’t as much to play with indoors, but William loved the play area outside and spent a lot of time out there rather than inside.

It was hot today, so we got out the sprinkler and let the kids play for awhile in the cool water.

Tonight we took Nancy and Jon out to the country shooting.  Tim’s friends brought a variety of guns for them to “sample”.  Nancy is a really good shot!  Her practice targets are at the end of the album.

Today we took the littles for lunch at Nana and Pop-pop’s house.  They got to play with Nana’s toys with Pop-pop Karl and had a lot of fun.

Tonight we had a big cookout with the family.  There was a lot of food and a lot of fun outside.  So glad everyone was here to visit with us!

William and Gma bought an alien that grows when submerged in water for several days.  Here he is on day one.

Mackenzie took her first tennis lesson from my coach, Sean McCabe, today.  She did wonderfully and he was very impressed.  He can’t wait to coach her more and she loves it.  I’m looking forward to more lessons and getting to play with her as well.
